3. Document Design & ATS Compliance
Many employers use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter resumes before they reach a hiring manager. To improve your chances of passing ATS scans, we create resumes with clear formatting and structured content rather than heavy graphics, images, or non-standard fonts, which may reduce compatibility.
4. Turnaround Times
We aim to deliver your completed documents within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and all required details. If you need an urgent service, please inform us before payment.
5. Our Process & Revisions
Once we receive your details, we will provide a first draft via email in both PDF and .docx formats. You can request up to three revisions to refine the content. It is your responsibility to have Microsoft Word or a compatible program to open and edit the documents.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any personal details, including your name, contact information, and employment history, will remain confidential and only be used to complete the services requested.
7. Payments & Invoices
Due to the digital nature of our services, full payment is required before work begins.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
As this is a service-based offering, we do not provide refunds unless exceptional circumstances apply, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Termination of Services JMC Writing Services reserves the right to refuse service or restrict access if a client violates these terms.
